A short walk from a beautiful and secluded beach, this hotel offers a great location for those looking for a peaceful getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a mix of traditional Sri Lankan dishes and more familiar options. the hotel's location, staff, and breakfast were all standout features that we enjoyed.

While the hotel had great aspects, there were a few downsides. The Wi-Fi provided was a bit slow, which was frustrating at times.

The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities like air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. the hotel was also located in a really central area, with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. As a bonus, the hotel also had a rooftop terrace with a nice view of the surrounding city.

the hotel was really noisy, with lots of street noise and loud music from nearby bars late into the night.

We had a short and delightful stay at Crescent. It was our third hotel in Sri Lanka this year, and compared to the others, the rates were reasonable and the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even changing our linens while we enjoyed breakfast. The resort had a well-maintained garden, and the entire property was immaculately clean. Special thanks to the chef for preparing delicious meals. Despite not being a 4 or 5-star hotel, the service and atmosphere made us feel right at home. The beach was just a short walk away, and the lifeguards provided constant watch, making us feel safe.

We stayed right on the beach where it was almost empty - perfect for a peaceful holiday. Plus, we found a great spot on the main road to grab a huge cup of coffee for a bargain! the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had a great time during Easter! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the comfortable beds with clean sheets. The rooms were spacious with a balcony or terrace. Enjoyed the excursion to Pigeon Island for snorkeling with fish & sharks. The swimming pool and garden outside the hotel were great for relaxing.

The surrounding area had limited options for restaurants, shops, and evening activities. The food at the hotel restaurant was not up to par, with limited choices and lack of flavor.
